“IC(Industrial Cooperative) Potential” LLP performs turnkey packages of E&I installation services that include power generation and distribution systems, electrical SCADA, switchyards equipment, transformers, lighting and small power systems, earthing and lightning protection, heat tracings, cabling systems, process instruments (transmitters, gauges, valves, thermocouples, flow meters etc.) and instrument control systems (ICSS, PLC, DCS, ESD, PCS, VMS and etc.). Our services also include substations and control room buildings, AIS&GIS HV/MV Switchgears, as well as installations of mechanical work, HVAC Systems and Fire&Gas equipment.
We offer E&I installation solutions for high, medium or low voltage facilities within industrial process plants, mining and petrochemical entities, green power generation systems. Our high qualified technical personnel provide full range of services, with emphasis on engineering, planning, scheduling, progress tracking, quality analysis, which all contribute to the successful execution of our clients’ projects.
(Pre-) Commissioning and Start-up
Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up is the final step before production runs in a processing plant/ technological unit. Commissioning and startup activities validate the construction integrity and confirm the operability of the facility in terms of its performance, reliability, safety, and security. Our experienced and highly motivated personnel ensures the accurate and precise execution of all commissioning and start-up steps, and thus the delivery of a plant that is ready to begin operation from all aspects, including safety, correct installation, verification of equipment functions and professional handover.
“IC Potential” offers a wide range of commissioning and start-up services, including systems turnover, checkout of systems, commissioning of systems, introduction of feedstock, performance testing, and handover to operation.
Maintenance
The main aim of prompt equipment maintenance revolves around maintaining top functionality and minimizing breakdowns. Maintenance management of equipment includes repair, replacement and servicing of tools. It ensures their operational viability and prevents fluctuations in the production process. Our approach is to provide full support to clients for all types of maintenance strategies, including Reactive (run-to-failure), Predetermined, Preventive, Corrective, Condition-based, Predictive and Emergency maintenance. Our personnel can fulfill a range of maintenance-related tasks in Client’s manufacturing facility, providing as much or as little coverage as it needs to fill skills gaps or inefficient, allowing Client to focus on core competencies. IC Potential can fill maintenance skills gaps across the manufacturing floor — providing experienced personnel to maintain (or help implement) electrical, instrument, automation equipment and the other advanced technology necessary to stay competitive in today’s industrial landscape.
